Sixty-01 Village is a planned 770 residential condominium community on 83 acres surrounding Swan Lake in the Grass Lawn neighborhood of Redmond Washington, near Old Redmond Road. Sixty-01 Village is where luxury and outdoor activity blends perfectly with environmently friendly and modern landscapes.

The design and layout of Sixty-01 is enhanced by the mature forest, natural landscapes of the surrounding and nearby parks and recreation.
