• Redmond Ridge

Tucked in the north east region and surrounded by natural old forest landscapes, Redmond Ridge is one of Redmond’s most sought after neighborhoods. Of the 1,000+ acres that make up Redmond Ridge, over half have been preserved as natural wooded areas, wetlands, parks and trail systems. The beauty and comfort encompasses more than just the natural surroundings, it also includes the quality and timeless appeal that has gone into the various neighborhood communities.

As one of Redmond’s largest neighborhoods, Redmond Ridge’s borders span from Avondale in the west to W Snoqualmie Valley Rd in the east. The location and ease to major arterials makes Redmond Ridge popular with people who work, live and also enjoy recreation on the Eastside.

Across Redmond Ridge there are many diverse communities that have their own appeal to residents looking to call the area home. As a Master Planned Community, Redmond Ridge has benefited from the quality development of not only Quadrant Homes, but Carino, Murray Franklin, Centex and Mosaic. For the business owner, there is some light commercial allowed as well, from the Marketplace, to a small scale Business Park.
