Preparing the Property Tour
Selection of Properties/ Review Buyer Tour
I will make sure the selection of properties match your parameters. I will review the properties with you in person or online prior to preparing your tour.
Mapping Properties
When showing multiple properties, I will map them out and schedule appointments for the viewing of the properties. I will provide you with a complete list of all properties along with a map to keep us on track.
Calling for Appointments
Prior to showing any occupied home or property, I must call and schedule an appointment. Since we will be coordinating with the Seller, it is not uncommon if the Seller requests an alternate day and/or time. I will do my best to coordinate these showings around your schedule.
Previewing Properties
After our initial tour and prior to showing additional properties, I will preview any new properties that come on the market as to the condition of the property, location and neighborhood. This way you will be utilizing your time wisely.
The Property Showing Tour/Client Detail Pages
I will provide you with detailed information for each property we will be viewing including the most recent tax information.
Keep the Top Three
In order to help keep you from getting overwhelmed, I recommend keeping only the top three property choices at any given time. If you are viewing multiple properties in one day or over a period of days, discard one of the top three listings and replace it with your new favorite in order of preference. I will then assist you in saving these listings in Your Favorites on the John L. Scott website for easy tracking.
Viewing Properties
Depending on the number of properties in our tour and the location of each property, the day can become quite long. If you are bringing children, I have some tips to help keep the children occupied and make the time pass quickly.
