Communicating and Working with the Listing Agent

It is very important to develop a good working relationship with the listing agent. This begins on the very first call to the listing agent requesting information on the property. I will call the listing agent for documents relating to the property including the Property Disclosure, Lead Based Paint Disclosure, Legal Description and any other information you request of the property.

Title and Escrow

I will recommend a Title and Escrow Company that best meets the needs of you and your transaction. I have an established relationship with many of the companies in the area that will provide us with timely updates and make sure your transaction is on track.

Plat Map, Well and Septic

It is very important to collect all information about the property in order to help you prepare your offer. These may include plat maps and documents from the Health Department or County pertaining to septic designs and well tests.
