Depending on location the answer is yes. For example there is complex in Redmond called sixty-01 and it sits on 83 acres of land, has lakes, docks, trails, vegetable gardens, pools, tennis courts and lots of amenities. There are town houses in other complexes that have patio’s that are fenced with smaller type lawns but have commone areas.
You have to decide what is the most important criteria: location, size, yard, price etc.
